About DSL Business Finance

DSL Business Finance has been financing Scottish businesses since 1993.

Established in 1993 with a remit to "encourage and nurture profitable and sustainable enterprises in the areas that are amongst the most depressed and disadvantaged in Glasgow".

DSL – a CDFI

DSL is a Community Development Finance Institution (CDFI), a member of the Community Development Finance Association and the European Microfinance Network. We provide business start-up and growth loans for small businesses and social enterprises that can't access funding from banks and other traditional sources.
